Property Accountant needed for Well Established Comm'l Property Management firm at 24th St & Camelback.

Need Minimum 4-5 years property accounting experience :

This Commercial Real Estate firm is growing and expanding, and just moved to brand new offices

Responsibilities :

~ Handle data entry of lease info and checks. Posting payments to Yardi.

~ AP, AR, Budget and Financial Statement Prep.

~ Handle CAM preparation, reconciliations.

~ Manage relationships with Owners, Bankers, CPA

~ Yardi software Preferred, not required

Compensation DOE  $ 50,000 - $60,000  Hours : M-F 8-5 No Overtime
