Blackfalds Property Ltd. DBA Property Management Company Located at 4901 Broadway Ave, Blackfalds, AB, T0M 0J0 need 1 Permanent, Full time Property Administrator to join their team ASAP.

Job duties:

· Negotiate or approve rental or lease of various properties in a portfolio on behalf of property owners and ensure that terms of lease agreement are met.
· Prepare and oversee contracts for the supply of property services including alarm systems, cleaning and upkeep, and security.
· Oversee the execution of building repairs, maintenance, and renovations, keeping property owners informed about the status and cost of the work.
· May hire and supervise rental agents, property clerks, building superintendents or other support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties.
· Handle damage deposits.
· Gather and preserve information about operating costs and revenue, create reports and check that rentals are being paid at market value.

Job Requirements:
· Completion of secondary education is required.
· 2-3 years of experience required.

Terms of employment:

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Wages: $ 31.50 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
