Drivers make $200 to $300 per month on average of 1 to 2 days of work!!

 

Job Summary:

Local real estate investment company is hiring drivers to drive 25 to 45 foreclosure properties in central Texas per month.

This job includes: driving each property, rating the property based on specifications, taking notes about the property, and taking multiple pictures of each property.

Schedule:

This position is extremely flexible. It’s a do it in “your spare” time. Property lists are delivered around the middle of the month and drivers are asked to return their data within 5 to 6 calendar days.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License


• Reliable transportation


• Smart phone (w/ Dropbox app and camera)


• Valid car insurance


• A completed W9 form


• Willing to submit a credit/criminal background check


• Willing to sign a non-compete


• Knowledge of Dropbox


• Knowledge of Excel

Compensation:

The pay per property depends on whether it is occupied and if you are able to get interior photos. Drivers make $200 to $300 per month on average of 1 to 2 days of work.



Occupied Properties: $8.00 each

Vacant Properties (with a minimum of 15 interior pics): $15.00 each
