As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Supervisor to contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Perform inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
- Conduct repairs and troubleshoot problems related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major repairs needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Must have reliable transportation (car) and be mobile to travel between properties.
- Strong communication skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
