CMENT is seeking a Proposal Development Consultant to support client proposal engagements on a project basis.
The Proposal Development Consultant will:
- Facilitate proposal strategy sessions (win theme development and storyboarding sessions)
- Interview subject matter experts for development of proposal content and artifacts
- Develop compliance matrix, capabilities matrix, and proposal templates with annotations for writers
- write/edit proposal narrative based on input from applicable sources and geared toward Federal Government clients
- edit for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and consistent voice
- manage proposal data repositories including team member management and regular document updates
- lead the on-time development and production of articulate, compliant, high-quality, multi-volume, complex proposal responses to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and unsolicited proposals
- write and edit compliant, high-quality, proposal content for highly complex responses to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and unsolicited proposals
- participate in all aspects of the proposal development process from pre-solicitation through final response
Experience:
- 5+ Years in Proposal Management
- Experience in developing IT proposals highly preferred
- Experience Leading/Managing Complex GWAC, Multi-Award proposals (ex: 8(a) STARS, CIO-SPx, etc.
- Experience leading the development and writing content for all proposal volumes and proposal sections including technical, management, past performance r
- 5 years analyzing RFP requirements, developing compliance matrices, and establishing proposal schedules including all proposal development activities, lead kick-off and status meetings, document reviews, and approval gate reviews
- Candidate must be able to manage/support multiple, simultaneous proposal efforts
- The candidate must be detail oriented with excellent English-speaking/communication, strong interpersonal, computer and organizational skills.
- The candidate must be comfortable with working in a leadership capacity with high level executives and team members
- Candidate must possess strong writing capability to develop original proposal content
Experience in SharePoint is highly preferred
