Rogers-based, family-owned company seeks entry-level Press Operators for immediate hire. This is a “temp to hire” position for a company who is looking for great people to add to their growing team.

Starting pay is $14-15 an hour to start.

Job Description:

• Operates machines with supervision and instruction


• Compare production parts to sample


• Remove tooling and cleans up upon completion


• Understands the uses of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.)


• Understands the use of machine guarding and safety devices


• Understands when to get help and who to get.

Job Type:

• Full-time


• First Shift: M-F 6 am to 2:30 pm


• Second Shift: M-Th 3 pm to 1:30 am
