Roles & Responsibilities:
· Provides ERP data readiness and conversion support of item master, contract prices, vendor master, purchase orders, contracts and inventory
· Management in support of Workday implementation.
· Evaluates purchasing options and gathers information to support decision making.
· Places and follows up on orders for materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
· Investigates and resolves disputes or questions related to price, delivery or specification.
· Reviews match exceptions in conjunction with Accounts Payable.
· Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and the department; maintains, distributes, analyzes and projects information for
· Required records, reports, and statistics as directed.
· Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field
· Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time purchasing or data processing/analysis experience in healthcare, business or the corporate environment; or
· High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time purchasing or data processing/analysis experience in healthcare, business or corporate environment.
· Hands-on experience in Outlook, Excel, Word, Access
