Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Support testing (unit testing, UI testing, automation testing) efforts across multiple products in an agile environment.
Partner closely with Engineers, Program and Product Managers to test and validate software applications
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Participate in UAT and limited availability testing
Triage and troubleshoot issues and report defects
Collaborate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams to resolve defects
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Mandatory Requirements:

3-5 years of experience working as a software tester or in a related role
Proficiency on SQL and PL/SQL
Knowledge of the Atlassian productivity suite (e.g., Jira and Confluence automation)
Experience with creative testing strategies such as bug bashes, crowdsourcing testing, etc.
Ability to think creatively and develop new testing strategies to improve product quality
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred requirements:

Knowledge of security and compliance
Knowledge of cloud technologies
Knowledge of APEX technology
Knowledge of Python
