We are currently looking for a QA Engineer to join our software development team. This position will work closely with the product and development teams throughout the agile delivery cycle to maximize the overall quality of the teams deliveries including but not limited to feature requirements, usability, performance and automation.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Quality Assurance Lead to build and execute test plans, automate tests, etc.
  • Analyze test results data to uncover and respond to development delivery trends.
  • Provide clear objective feedback on testing status and the impact of decisions.
  • Empathize with, build trust, and collaborate across the organization (Product, Development, End Users, etc.).
  • Clear impediments and participate in building a hands-on self-starter culture.

Requirements

  • Experience using Project Management, CI/CD and Test Case Management software; such as Azure Boards, Pipelines, and Test Plans or similar platforms like Jira, Jenkins, etc.
  • Experience using the Scrum delivery methodology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fearless, innovative self-starter that will get their hands dirty!


Nice to have:

  • Experience with C#, VS Code and Selenium
  • Experience in the Travel Industry including but not limited to systems such as:
    • GDS: Sabre, Travelport+ or Amadeus.
    • OBE: Concur, Deem, Zeno, etc

Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization. Full time roles will also qualify for our total benefits package offered by Christopherson Business Travel.
