Euronet Worldwide, Inc., a leading provider of global payment solutions, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of our products and services. Our mission is to provide consumers with the most convenient options to interact with their money, and we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to help us achieve that goal.

This position works closely with multiple teams around the world to ensure the overall quality of the Euronet payments and card issuing software. Most common functions include creation and execution of test plans, working with software developers and architects to isolate and solve issues, working with product management and developers to improve usability, work with technical writers to provide input to product documentation, and with support and implementations teams to provide training and knowledge transfer for new products and features.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct performance and security testing to identify defects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review and analyze product and service specifications to identify potential issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and tools
• Perform manual testing as necessary
• Document and communicate test results and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software development environment as a developer or tester
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL queries for database testing
• Experience with web applications and RESTful APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• 2 or more years of experience in a software development environment as a developer or tester.
• Ability to write detailed test scripts for user interfaces and back end processing.
• Experience in problem/issue identification, documentation, tracking and resolution
• Excellent analytical and organization skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
