Role and Responsibilities
Contact customer service agents on behalf of business owners to see how polite and knowledgeable they are about the product and or company they represent.
- Determine the agent’s knowledge of the product and or company
- Report if the agent was friendly, helpful or offered any services to the QA Specialist
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must have basic knowledge of the computer
Be able to send and receive emails with attachments
Must be able to meet deadlines
Must have commitment adherence to the assignments given
Preferred Skills
Excellent customer service skills, must know how to download and open attachments
Computer and internet experience preferred
Obtain good verbal and written skills
Good communication skills Additional Notes
Agents with schedule flexibility are a plus
