Role: Quality Control Technician

Location: Scarborough, ME
Duration: 12 Months on W2 (contract, possibility of extension)

Description:

QA Product Support Specialist

Work with disease development Market business unit

Responsible Manage and maintain Regulatory complaints program

Provide Support to other quality assurance functions

Problem-solving skills and critical thinking for investigating and troubleshooting activities

Lot of post market surveillance activities

Identify events that may be subject to vigilance reporting requirements and communicate to Regulatory for evaluation.

Prior experience with (link removed) is highly preferred

The candidate cannot be a grad.

Experience in Technical Service role

Will work on the Complaint investigation and Complaint resolution

Regulatory Industry experience is a must to have, medical, pharma, IDF

Its a Product investigation role

Knowledge of medical terminology is a strong plus

Medical Technology certificate/certifications are a plus

Will work on the Manufacturing floor

Clinical Microbiologist experience is preferred, but not a must to have

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry Life Sciences, and or other related technical field or the equivalent education and experience.
