QC Job Responsibilities:
1. Area cleaning log record maintain in QC department
2. Weighing scale calibration record maintain in QC department
3. PH METER CALIBATION
4. WATER ANALYSIS (CHEMICAL & MICROBIOLGICAL)
5. ALL EQUIPMENTS CALIBRATION & CLEANING LOGS (UV SPECTROPHOTO METER, HOT AIR OVEN PH Meter, Water bath, Analytical Balance, sonicator, magnetic stirrer etc.)
6. Volumetric solution preparations
7. Chemical Regents preparation
8. Raw material & packing material sampling
9. Reference standards & working standards are maintained
10. Raw Material testing procedure (RM Inward register, RM test data sheet, Raw Material COA, Approved Label)
11. Packing Material testing procedure (PM Inward register, PM test data sheet, Packing Material COA, Approved Label)
12. Bulk Analysis (Bulk Inward register, test data sheet, Bulk Analysis COA)
13. In Process Analysis (IPC Inward register, test data sheet, In Process Analysis COA)
14. Finished Goods Analysis (Finished Goods Inward register, test data sheet, Finished Goods COA)
15. Control samples handling
16. Preparation of sops
