As a Quality Engineer Intern youll be responsible for troubleshooting product quality problems with a cross-functional team to drive product improvements and support resolving issues for our factories and customers. What youll do
Perform root cause analysis of returned products, factory failures, and design-in failures.
Generate accurate engineering test reports, 8D reports and related documents and present the information, as needed
Drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Supply Chain
Perform analysis on cost of non-quality trends and product complaint trends
Your qualifications
A current engineering student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
Knowledgeable in circuit analysis and design, power electronics and circuit simulation using Pspice, etc.
Some experience with microprocessors and embedded software and knowledge and/or experience with wireless communication technologies (Bluetooth, Zigbee..) and mobile apps
Knowledge and/or experience with design analysis tools such as MathCAD, PCB Layout & schematics
Familiar with lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, function generators and lab functions:soldering, assembling, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Pay range for this role is $19 to $24 per hour
