Quality Engineer Intern

We seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team as a Quality Engineer Intern. In this role, you will be expected to build continuous Improvement into Quality systems of eQMS and Oracle JD Edwards E1 by managing time, resources, and project priorities projects around eQMS workflows for key operational processes such as documentation and training resources, nonconformance, quality inspections, workflows in eQMS platform, and audit support.

You will:

  • Develop, test, and provide training on eQMS Workflows by seeking out and gaining eQMS platform developmental skills, and by collaborating with Quality project teams to establish workflows, test efficiencies, and provide training to end-users.
  • Prepare and set up workflow documents and training matrix files in eQMS by working with Quality project teams to determine work process improvement priorities then update and renew documentation for training module set up and delivery.
  • Continuously improve test methodologies by proactively seeking out and acquiring adhesive technology testing capabilities then liaising with Quality teams in enhancing testing and validation activities

Requirements

You should have:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate / graduate program with a concentration in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
  • Experience working with Microsoft office tools and any basic software programming.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with enthusiastic team orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people and independently.
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality and professionalism are maintained.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Dymax salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range.
