As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and product quality, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team. Visit Website for More Info on What We Do Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions. Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement. (link removed) Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and patterns related to internal rejections, and implement strategies to reduce defects. Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues and implement preventive measures. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality awareness and skills of production and quality control staff. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and address quality issues in a timely manner. Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and regulations to ensure continuous improvement in quality management practices. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on quality performance, improvement initiatives, and key metrics. Apply problem solving tools - , 8D, Why Why analysis, Fishbone.
