CorDx is a rapidly-growing biotechnology company that focuses on the development of innovative diagnostic solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team and ensure that our quality standards are maintained at the highest level. As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet or exceed regulatory guidelines and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that our products meet or exceed regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Test and evaluate products to ensure that they meet internal quality standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and quality control records.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees are well-versed in quality control processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and industry organizations.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (biotechnology, chemistry, or a related discipline).
• 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in the biotechnology industry.
• Understanding of quality control processes and regulatory guidelines (ISO 13485, FDA regulations, etc.).
• Experience with the development and implementation of quality control documentation and records.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with managing and training quality control teams.
