LINQM is adding a Quality Technician to the team. This is a 5 month project. The right candidate must come from a Medical device background with proven experience with assembly drawings. Must have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a problem solver.

Will need to have experience with root cause analysis, and GDP (Good Documentation Practices), someone that comes from a lab environment that can perform troubleshooting, past experience using tools such measuring equipment.

Other skills including ability to read and understand procedures, drawings, schematics and carry out assembly instructions, ability to utilize CAD/drafting software, and experience drafting technical documents (i.e, manufacturing and testing procedures) 

Education:

Associate's Degree or equivalent in technical degree/certificate

4 yrs experience previous experience in R&D Lab and/or medical device experience 

Day to day: Supporting testing, check-outs, modifications, fabrications, and assembly under the close supervision of Engineers. 

Will be building prototypes, sub-assemblies, and prepare feasibility test units, samples, and/or chemical solutions. 

Perform work using drawings, diagrams, written and verbal instructions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout, and trouble-shooting functions 

Perform operational test and identify failure modes on systems and equipment. 

Collect and document test data. Operate basic lab equipment and perform routine testing 

Order and maintain lab supplies and equipment
