DRW HOLDINGS, LLC IN NEW YORK, NY SEEKS QUANTITATIVE RESEARCHER (POSITION ID QR/NY/L062) to perform the following job duties: Work closely with traders and systems developers to monitor and optimize trading systems. Participate in quantitative research and development that is collaborative, creative, measured, and standardized. Design and improve software components that perform functions such as featurization, modeling, decision-making, and optimization. Integrate data into technology stack which includes both in-house solutions and open-source packages such as Pandas, PySpark, Scikit learn and PyTorch. Help manage systematic microstructure strategy in US equities. Apply tools from statistics, machine learning, simulation, and distributed systems to a geographically dispersed, fragmented, intensely competitive market.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Ph.D., or foreign degree equivalent, in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related, highly quantitative field.
Experience: Requires one year of statistical analysis or applied science experience.
Education or experience to include:
1. Python & SciPy;
2. Analyzing & developing machine learning models;
3. Using optimization algorithms;
4. Using parallel & distributed systems;
5. Writing technical reports or publishing researcher papers;
6. Translating technical ideas into working code;
7. Industrial grade software engineering processes;
8. Designing & analyzing experiments;
9. Feature engineering; and,
10. Reading & utilizing state-of-the-art studies related to applied data science.

Salary $180,000 to $200,000 per year. Job Site: Brookfield Place 225 Liberty St., Ste 4201, NY, NY 10281. THIS IS A FULL-TIME (40 HOURS PER WEEK) POSITION.
