Profile- Quantity Surveyor (Bridge Project)
Qualification- B.Tech / M.Tech - Civil
Salary- Upto 10 Lac CTC + Accommodation + Food
Location- Ghaziabad (UP)
Experience - 5+ yrs. in Quantity Surveyor in Bridge Projects.
Responsibilities -
Govt. Projects exp.
QS & Billing in Road & Highway industries , contract billing, sub contract billing, price variation Material Reconciliation.
Measurement of the quantity from drawings as per Indian Standard Codes.
Tender Negotiation with renderers preparation of comparative statement for tendering.
Certification of Material reconciliation statement of major building material used at project.
Identification extra items / variation beyond the tender and certification of rate analysis for the same items submitted by the contractors.
Maintaining important documents , records and drawings in a organized and accurate manner.
Quantity Survey , Rate Analysis , Cost Control , Cost Monitoring , Bill Checking and Reconciliation for Civil and Structural and MEP works.
Interview process- Telephonic as well as Face to face.
