- Should have deep knowledge of Products Feature
- RAN Expert (Testing or Developer background)
- Understanding of Configuration, Monitoring and improvise based on the situation
- Self-motivated and take responsibility to close the action item independently
- Proactively analyze the issue and give appropriate suggestions to optimize the system
- Strong understanding of software releases
- Should able to Assist Support Tier 1 and 2
- Review the test coverage and give suggestions
