CorDx, a biotechnology company, is seeking a reliable and motivated R&D Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of researchers and analysts, ensuring the timely completion of R&D projects and the delivery of quality results. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of research activities, including conducting experiments, analyzing data, and developing new products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology and proven experience in project management, team leadership, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead research projects from inception to completion.
• Plan and execute experiments designed to evaluate new products, processes, and technologies.
• Develop standard operating procedures and protocols for testing and analysis.
• Analyze data and present results to management and technical teams.
• Identify and solve technical problems related to research activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Write technical reports and present findings to upper management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as biotechnology, biology, or chemistry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in R&D within a biotechnology or related industry.
• Experience managing and leading research projects and teams.
• Strong technical background in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for biotechnology research and development is preferred.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred
