Our firm is looking for a full-time real estate closing processor with proven experience required. Candidates must be proficient in RESPA, Closing Disclosures and all closing guidelines.  Must be able to handle files from contract to closing. Duties include scheduling closings, drafting closing disclosures, settlement statements, drafting closing documents and post-closing distributions.  Experience preparing commitments, deeds and closing statements is essential.  Knowledge of real estate closing software, SoftPro, Word Perfect and Microsoft Word.  Must be detailed oriented, able to multi-task, have excellent organizational and communications skills. The successful candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. This person must thrive in a fast-paced, often stressful environment, and must be able to think and work independently.

Our firm offers a competitive payrate in accordance with the experience of the individual, along with some benefits; however, we do not offer health insurance. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and financial background check without any previous history of bankruptcy.
