This opportunity is for experienced Commercial Construction Estimators who are looking to make a significant impact in the construction field. In this position, you will play a crucial role in project planning and cost estimation of construction projects.

The Responsibilities: Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements and create accurate cost estimates - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes - Conduct material take-offs and obtain pricing from vendors and suppliers - Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and present them to clients - Assist in negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, and more.
The Essential Job Functions: Utilize analytical and quantitative skills to assess project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities - Employ industry-standard software and tools to perform accurate estimations - Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and techniques to ensure cost estimates are aligned with current market conditions - Collaborate with project teams to address any discrepancies or changes during the estimation process - Review and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals, and more.
The Skills: - Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry - Strong analytical and mathematical skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in construction estimation software and tools - Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations, and more.
