Fast Track Physical Therapy is a private practice locally owned and operated by Brian Horner, PT, CODN. We are conveniently located in Avon and Indianapolis, IN, and serve patients from across Hendricks County and the greater Indianapolis area including Speedway and the surrounding communities.
Fast Track Therapy is looking for a Registered Nurse / Health coach to join our team. This can be a home based, remote position or in office position, depending on your location. Qualified individuals should be self driven, with a passion to help others achieve a better quality of life. The position is salary based.

- Training in coaching, fitness, or nutrition.
- Previous experience working with clients.

- Good organizational skills.
