Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is currently seeking an Hospice RN Clinical Field Supervisor
The Clinical Field Trainer is responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Services in maintaining the quality of patient care in accordance with the Agencys objectives and policies, through planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the hospice services provided.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Full time, M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm, occasional weekend intake/admin call
- Hospice experience REQUIRED, minimum one year
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trains and mentors clinical team
- Assists with visits as needed
- Assist with clinical calls and chart reviews
- Assists the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing with QA oversight/implementation
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education/Licensure: RN valid in MO, dual licensure in KS preferred
- Experience: One (1) year in home hospice or skilled home care
