RN Administrative Supervisor is a management position responsible for directing, coordinating and providing high quality care to patients. The RN Administrative Supervisor oversees the implementation of systems for evaluation of clinical competencies, policy and procedures and performance improvement. He/she is also responsible for appropriate patient admissions based on admitting criteria developed and approved by the medical staff and administration. This position supervises all areas and staff on one shift. Acts as a liaison between administration, medical and hospital staff. In the absence of administrative staff, the Supervisor has been delegated the accountability to make administrative decisions.

Qualifications:

Current CA RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS

Minimum of two years clinical experience in acute hospital nursing

Supervisory or charge experience

Healthy Interventions training or equivalent within three months of hire and annually thereafter required.
