Fantastic opportunity for an Intensive Care Unit RN at a beautiful facility located near Florence, SC



Located in Florence, Community Hospital is a regional acute care facility comprised of 396 beds, more than 1,500 employees and nearly 250 physicians representing all major specialties dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of the citizens of Northeastern South Carolina.



About This Location:



The population is about 37,778 and the median household income is $43,007 ($49,501 in SC overall) per year. Florence is:



1 hour from Myrtle Beach



1 hour from Columbia, SC (Capital of SC, home of USC, the Dallas of SC)



3 hours from Greenville, SC (Medium size city, large mall, major attractions)



 



2 hours for Charlotte, NC (Major city, the Dallas of NC)



Position Summary:



Registered nurse who specializes in delivering care to patients in intensive care units of hospitals. Their duties include evaluating the patient's conditions, administering treatment, and providing constant support during recovery.



Qualifications:




  • BLS/ACLS Certified.

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of SC.

  • Several years of recent ICU experience in acute care hospital setting required. 



Full benefits included!



Salary Range: $23.84-$27.00 pay is depended upon exp. Could go up to $30, however the candidate needs several years of exp. 



 



Retention bonus: up to $10,000 paid out within 3 years ( Case by Case) They get a lump sum on their first check, another lump sum on the 1st year anniversary and the last lump sum on the 2nd year anniversary.



Relo: If needed



Loan Repayment: $3k a year for 4 years ($250 a month for 4 years)



Benefits: With the acquisition made by MUSC, the medical (through BlueCross Blue Shield of South Carolina), dental, vision, and retirement contribution benefits are the same as the employees of the state of South Carolina. Those benefits starts on the 1st day of the month following the first day with MUSC so there is no big gaps in coverage because most employers would have a candidate wait 90 days.
