RN New Grad - Med SurgOpening in Western North Carolina

• Permanent position
• This position is part of a new grad residency program! This will be a yearlong residency PAID Classroom/Preceptorship program.
• Requirements
  • Current North Carolina RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license (or ability to obtain)
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, within past 1 year
  • Program acceptance requires a two (2) year, full-time commitment to the hospital. If a nurse chooses to leave the facility before the 2 year commitment is fulfilled, they may be required to meet a monetary responsibility
