Position Overview:We are excited to offer a remarkable opportunity with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, accompanied by a 2-year commitment. Additionally, relocation assistance is available, with the amount negotiable based on relocation distance and subject to a 2-year work requirement (paid out within 30 days of submission of receipts). St. Joseph Regional Medical Center is actively seeking qualified, motivated, and patient-focused nurses to join their dedicated team. Multiple openings across different units and shifts are available. Work Conditions/Hours:

  • Shift and schedule are determined by the department applied to.

Shift Differentials (Pay is Based on Majority of Hours Worked):

  • Evening Shift (3 pm 11:30 pm) = 8%
  • Night Shift (11:00 pm 7:30 am) = 11%
  • No Weekend Differential
  • On-Call: 10-13 nights per month; minimum 1-2 weekends per month

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degree in nursing.
  • Registered and licensed to practice in the State of Idaho.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
