Position SummaryAre you ready for an exciting opportunity? We're currently offering a 100% remote position for an RPA Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting RPA assessments and process mappings for our valued clients. If you're passionate about automation, process efficiency, and problem-solving, this might be the perfect fit for you.Job Duties & Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes, documenting problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and future-state solutions in detail. Collaborate with process owners to gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes targeted for automation, outlining business requirements and the impact on various processes. Identify the scope, benefits, constraints, and risks associated with RPA automation initiatives, while documenting existing manual processes. Create high-level and detailed/modular cross-functional process flow maps. Manage and maintain the pipeline of potential automation projects by actively engaging with business users to source new automation ideas. Present RPA concepts to various business groups to foster automation innovations. Develop user acceptance test (UAT) plans and tools, serving as a bridge between business and technical resources. Undertake any additional job duties as required. Required Experience Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in business process documentation, collaborating closely with business owners. Familiarity with RPA technologies such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere, as well as best practices in process automation and operational excellence. Knowledge of user acceptance testing processes, including experience with ERP systems and financial systems. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Previous experience working in the public sector with state, county, or city-level institutions. Education A bachelor's degree is required, with preference given to degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
