RPA Developer (Junior)

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Role:

• As a beginner developer, the Junior RPA Developer learns on the job, gleaning knowledge from more experienced colleagues.
• They participate in the development and testing of RPA bots.
• They will participate in all bot development and testing efforts with the established agile delivery methodology and development standards.

Requirements

Responsibility:

• They primarily contribute to the development and testing of RPA bots, ensuring they perform as intended and meet the requirements outlined in the user stories.
• They work under the mentorship of senior developers and progressively take on more challenging tasks as they grow in their roles.
• They will design and develop code with a focus on outcome and target value metrics.
• They will also assist with citizen development and code reuse efforts across the program.
• They will also support RPA test automation and code coverage verification.

Recommended Certifications:

• UiPath RPA Developer Certification
• Agile Certification

• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and learning.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Comfortable with remote work and can adapt to remote work processes.
• Alignment with customer's mission and values.
• Willingness to adapt to varying organizational structures.

Education/Year of Exp:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development roles, ideally in junior roles. The individual should have proven skills in developing RPA solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
