*This freelance role will support the production team 3 days/week*

3.1 Phillip Lim is looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Production Assistant to join our tribe in our NYC office.

What you'll do:

• Support production team from development to bulk


• Build and maintain a constructive and positive relationship with suppliers, mills, and factories


• Follow production T&A to meet target dates


• Assist in updating style information, BOMs, costing, POs and shipments in RLM system and charts


• Validate and approve factory, supplier and freight invoices as needed


• Participate in weekly team meetings with production and tech design; advise of issues or concerns on delivery / process

What you'll have:

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills


• 1+ year production experience, preferably in fashion (internships may be included)


• Team Player


• Willing to be flexible


• Quick Learner
