Windermere Evergreen, a locally owned brokerage, succeeds by operating with the highest standards. We are seeking a talented real estate leader. This leadership role consists of providing mentoring and coaching of real estate agents ranging from new licensees to seasoned high producers. Provide transaction problem-solving, compliance, risk management, and financial performance oversight at the branch level. This is a Real Estate Branch Manager Position. In an effort to create a thriving environment and ensure branch performance, this role will collaborate with the Regional Leadership Team, Local Owners, Agents, and Staff. Requirements Leadership Responsibilities - **Managing Broker License Required**
- Foster a culture of collaboration, support, and teamwork where all individuals thrive
- Practice company selling techniques at the branch and company level and encourage broker adoption
- Implement the success systems and processes to get agents into production
- Perform annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly accountably sessions as needed to improve performance
- Monitor and improve branch performance by engaging, educating, and supporting team members as often as possible
- Track, Report, Improve, Repeat: key metrics, coaching notes, branch meeting notes, market update notes

Recruiting & Retention - Recruit new agents who are successful professionals, that enhance and contribute to our culture and brand
- Out-counsel or terminate unproductive agents or those that do not embrace the Windermere culture
- Establish and cultivate meaningful relationships with agents through consistent coaching, mentoring, and sales support
- Stay updated, informed and ensure that the value add of tools, resources, and services are consistently visible and available to your branch.
- Participate in onboarding, orientation, and transition of new recruits
