The real estate industry is changing rapidly. It is an increasingly tech-driven world dominated by virtual tours, Zoom showings, inter-brokerage cooperation apps, drive-by appraisals, and distance closings. And we are currently experiencing an unprecedented volume of contacts from brokers seeking new agents to handle current market conditions.

Many companies are losing sales opportunities due to a shortage of agents in comparison to their volume of appointment requests, and we do not have enough candidates to meet their current demand for licensed agents.

We've been in the SWFL market since 2008, and we've been nourishing our relationships with the majority of the +2000 licensed area brokers since then. Some are small and local, others are big franchises. Some provide leads and 50/50 commission splits, others are 100% shops, offering very little support. Some offer personal training, others offer only group training. Some offer no training, so we provide the training for them. Some will take you, line-by-line, through your transaction contracts. Others will expect you to know everything from day one.

Becoming familiar with the sheer volume of variety of real estate business and corporate structures is a daunting task. Knowing how to vet them against your own goals, with little reference-point or experience, is nearly impossible. It may pose a great enough challenge to keep a potentially-outstanding talent from launching a self-empowering career.

Leveraging our years building these relationships, and our +15 years coaching and training both new and experienced real estate professionals, we will interview you for career goals. Then we'll recommend your placement with one, or a few brokers, based upon your vetted career goals. This saves you un-quantifiable time and energy, while providing a broker a high-quality, well-matched candidate.

As a third party, we will coach you through the entire licensing process, make sure you have a job lined up with a broker, then get your license activated with that broker. You can expect -- between application, fingerprints, required education, and licensing fee -- about a $450 initial investment, and a process which will take between two and three weeks.

Once licensed, you will have the ability to earn commissions which generally range between 3% and 6% of the property sale price -- and that's just residential resales. The industry, though, offers broad career paths, which may include residential new construction, management, commercial sales and leasing, and business brokerage. Some of these career paths require membership in a local MLS and Association of Realtors, while others do not.

Our individualized placement services are at no charge to you, as we will do our part by taking you through your required education, and making sure your license is achieved as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

Please contact us immediately, and help us fill this urgent need for career real estate professionals.
