Our globally recognized end client is in need of a Corporate Real Estate Data Analyst for a full time 4 month CONTRACT opportunity. Role is 100% REMOTE , work is done 8:30-5:30 PM EST M-F with weekends off. Position pays a max of $25-35/hr W2. *** All Applicants should have location clearly listed on resume. Applicants can be in ANY time zone but MUST be willing to work EST first shift to accommodate the business needs.*** What You Will Be Doing: Researching and performing data analysis responsibilities specific to real estate across more than 950 sites and over 9 million square feet. Reviewing lease-related critical dates for distribution Creating and validating renewal projects Administering and responding to Real Estate Team Email Box *This is NOT a complete list of responsibilities or requirements. Full client job description will be provided upon submittal to end client* What You Need to Bring to the Table: 3-5 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in commercial/corporate real estate/lease administration REQUIRED. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with Accounting, Finance or Real Estate emphasis REQUIRED. Equivalent work experience may be sufficient. Advanced Excel skills REQUIRED.
