• Kisna Real Diamobd Jewellery Urgently Required Real Estate Manager-Jewellery Showroom Franchise Business For Bangalore / Delhi / Hyderabad / Chandigarh / Vijaywada / Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:-

Role - BDM Property Acquisition(link removed)>

Age group not more than 35 years.

Prior exp in a similar role should have worked with retail brands with min work experience 6-8 yrs.

Salary PAckage - 8 to 12 lacs p.a

Work Profile -

1) Property scouting in assigned territory, markets.

2) Onboarding brokers for required property.

3) Understanding market benchmarks & negotiating final rentals, landlord scope of work etc.

4) Liaising legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing loi, agreement & acquiring property.

5) Coordination with various departments internally till store launch.

6) Should be open for extensive travel.
