Salary $75K - $95K base + incentives

Real estate professional with experience identifying individual and business owned land and easement properties and developing lease programs for billboard use.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for establishing contacts, developing relationships and giving presentations


• Strong skills for negotiation and execution of lease contracts.


• Must be familiar with TXDOT regulations.


• Strong leadership and management skills needed.


• Houston-based operations. Position requires travel.


• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook and competent in general computer skills
