7. Keeping accurate records: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, contacts, and deals, and regularly reporting on sales progress.
8. Attending events: Attending local events, such as open houses and property exhibitions, to network with potential clients and build brand awareness.
9. Collaborating with team members: Collaborating with other team members, including marketing and legal departments, to ensure that sales goals are met.
