Our Marysville office is looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Professional to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Sales Professional responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Evaluate the clients' desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
Requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Great customer service
- Must be coachable
