Our Whitefish office is looking for a professional Real Estate Salesperson to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real Estate Salesperson's responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
• Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
