Award-winning Real Estate office is currently looking for a Real Estate / Socal Media / Marketing Assistant to join their Award-winning team!

Part-time leading to a full- time position depending on skill set. $10-20/hour. Pay structure will depend entirely upon level of experience.

Ideal candidate will be an extension of the brokers and MUST possess the following skills:

• High level of integrity and positive attitude. Professional and pleasant.


• Proficient with Paragon.


• Proficient with Zipforms, Docusign, CRS, RPR, County sites, Zillow, Trulia, (link removed), Outlook, Excel.


• Strong working knowledge of the entire sales process from contract to close.


• Good market/area knowledge.


• Organized, detail oriented and able to solve problems quickly.


• Coordinate showing appointments.


• Create marketing materials.


• Input listings in MLS and manage listings.


• Closing Coordination.


• Social Media and Marketing activities
