Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of all Tele-outs and report the same to marketing manager/sales manager

Tele-calling for inviting customers and / or prospects for customer engagement events

Customer Data Verification calling (once every six months)At least 60-80 Tele-out/day to be done Database > web enquiries, database collected from clubs, competition, events etc.

Tele-in (In case of dedicated contact number provided for customers in all advertisements for enquiries)

Attend to all tele-in enquiries and collect the enquiry details like prospect name, contact number, product interested in etc

Provide basic information about projects offered by Majestic Realties (link removed) the enquiries to respective sales executives with the consent of sales manager to further follow-up with prospects

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly tele-in report and share the same with management.
