Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer support and assistance
- Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely completion
- Act as a personal assistant to the management team
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in Printing/ Graphics & customer service or related field is preferred
