A well established and respected, locally owned specialty food products distributor has hired Aspen Personnel Service to help them find an upbeat, efficient, multi-tasker to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Answer multi-line phones
- Greet walk-in guests/customers
- Process called-in orders
- Make some outbound calls to existing customers to process their orders
- Work with the warehouse to make adjustments to invoices when necessary
- A variety of other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
- Must be a personable team player who enjoys interacting with customers
- Basic computer skills
- Data entry experience
- Must love variety and multi-tasking
Hours:
- 32-40 p/w
- 40 Hours p/w April - Mid September
- 30 Hours p/w (4 days p/w) - October - March
- M-F 7AM - 3:30
