We are seeking a Receptionist who possesses the natural ability to project a professional and positive image as a representative/face for The Bradley Center.
Responsibilities include:
- Answers phone clearly, courteously and promptly
- Greets visitors and enters them into the Raptor system upon arrival
- Effectively completes administrative/secretarial duties
- Schedules conference rooms appropriately
- Exhibits clear understanding regarding use of phone, copier and postage equipment
- Assists with fire drills as needed and maintains disaster bag
- Monitors and evaluates the facilities/grounds for potential risk
- Schedules family suite appropriately
This is a PRN position hours vary based on agency need
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years general office experience, including switchboard experience
- Experience in a human service or social service field preferred
