Polaris Tech Charter School is a public charter school located in Ridgeland, SC, where we make academic dreams a reality. Essential Job Functions:

• Greets office visitors and performs customer/public service duties
• Ensures all guests sign in and out through our secure sign-in system
• Answers the telephone; provides accurate information to callers and/or forwards calls to the appropriate staff
• Signs students in/out; issues tardy passes
• Operates and maintains various equipment, including a computer, printer, copier, fax machine, telephone, two-way radio, etc.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Days Per Year: 235
• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• General clerical experience
• References from current and former supervisors
• Satisfactory SLED (SC Law Enforcement Division) Check
