Responsibilities include:
Answering telephones
Mailing and filing customer invoices
Customer mailings
Customer database management
Other relevant administrative tasks
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel)
Highly organized and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Effectively work with established procedures
Ability to multi-task
Detailed oriented
Courteous phone manner
Punctual
Dependable
