Job Description
Planning
- Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster
- Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of the performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets
- Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the cluster
Strengthen relationships with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
Sales growth and cost management
Campaigns within the Cluster
Customer satisfaction and retention
People Management.
Selection Criteria
- Graduate - MBA in Finance & Marketing
- Having Bancassurance Life Insurance Sales experience - min 4-5 years.
- Team Handling Experience of Min 1-2 Years.
- The bancassurance experience should be Open Architecture.
- Should have excellent Leadership skills.
