Job Description
Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager - Health Insurance
CTC Ranges from Rs. 2.50 LPA to Rs. 4 LPA- according to the levels selected.
Target Achievement
Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches Sales Support
Support the Customer Relationship Officer in the branch for Sales efforts, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, and accompanying client calls.
Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about Health insurance.
Spearheaded all lead generation initiatives from the bankthrough walk-ins, data mining, referrals, etc.
QUALITATIVE
Achieving sales targets
Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales
Arranging training programs for bank staff on products and sellingskills
Increasing productivity of bank branch
QUANTITATIVE
Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual SalesTarget
PREFERRED CREDENTIALS
Work Experience - Min 1-4 years of Sales Experience in Bancassurance - Life Insurance / General Insurance with good consistency.
Age- Below 35 Years
Qualification - Graduates / MBAs of formal education are desirable.
Must be a performer in his present role.
Should have completed one year in his present job.
